The route
- Distance
- approx. 343 km · 213 miles
- Journey time
- approx. 3 h 50 min
- Fixed fare
- from €1,079
Your driver watches the flight number from the moment it leaves its origin airport, which means an early landing finds the car already there and a fifty-minute wait on the apron costs you nothing, since the first ninety minutes after touchdown are inside the fare. You are met inside the building, past customs, with a board carrying your name, at Terminal 1, Terminal 2, Terminal 3, or the general aviation gates. Leaving Hanover for a departure, we start at your gate-closing time and work backwards.
The same Frankfurt Airport transfers run to neighbouring Wunstorf for €1,175 and Braunschweig for €1,040. Both fares are fixed.
Included in every fare
- Flight tracked from departure
- 90 minutes of free waiting after landing
- Meet and greet past customs, luggage carried
- Tolls, parking and VAT. No night or weekend surcharge
Getting there another way
A direct train runs, though not often. Hanover is on the departure poster for the airport's long-distance station as an IC or ICE that needs no change, but only a few times a day, so check the times on bahn.de before you plan around one. Our car leaves when you land, and it is approx. 3 h 50 min door to door at €1,079.
Past the edge of the Frankfurt taxi area the fare for a taxi from Frankfurt Airport to Hanover is agreed before the trip. We estimate €825 to €1,035. Ride-hailing apps work here too. Two things to know before you compare screenshots. Their prices move with demand, so the figure at eleven on a Tuesday is not the figure at seven on a Monday. And the booking has no idea your flight exists, which makes a delayed landing your problem to solve at the kerb. Ours is €1,079 whenever the aircraft actually arrives, with 90 minutes of waiting from touchdown.
Station names, lines and frequencies come from each airport's own travel pages and from the published service table for its station. We quote no ticket prices, because we could not verify current ones.

Questions
- How much is a transfer from Frankfurt Airport to Hanover?
- The transfer costs €1,079 in a Business Class saloon, all in. That covers tolls, parking, 90 minutes of waiting after you land, and VAT. Electric Class €1,079. First Class €1,815. The six-seat Business Van €1,099. You are paying for the car, so three passengers cost what one costs.
- How many passengers and bags fit in each class?
- Business Class (a 2026 Mercedes-Benz E-Class), Electric Class (a 2026 Mercedes-Benz EQS) and First Class (a 2026 Mercedes-Benz S-Class) each take up to three passengers, with room for 2 large cases and 2 carry-on. The Business Van takes more. A 2026 Mercedes-Benz V-Class, it seats up to six with 6 large cases and 6 carry-on, and costs €1,099 to Hanover. Skis or a pushchair? Mention them when you book.
- How long does it take from Frankfurt Airport to Hanover?
- The drive is 3 h 50 min over 343 km, 213 miles. Going back to the airport we set the pickup from your gate-closing time and from the state of the traffic on the day.
- Where exactly does the driver meet me at Frankfurt Airport?
- Your driver meets you past customs, holding a board with your name, at Terminal 1, Terminal 2, Terminal 3, or the general aviation gates. Your flight number says which one. The car for Hanover is parked before you land, and 90 minutes of waiting from touchdown are already inside the fare, which covers most of what a slow passport queue can do.
- Is there a train from Frankfurt Airport to Hanover?
- Hanover has a direct IC or ICE from the airport's long-distance station, but only a few trains a day make the run without a change. Check bahn.de for the departure times. By road it is approx. 3 h 50 min at €1,079, whenever you land.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- The price does not move when a flight is late. We watch the flight from the moment it leaves its origin airport and move the pickup with it, which means a two-hour delay costs you nothing at all, because the 90 minutes of waiting after landing were inside the €1,079 before any of it happened. Diverted to another city? Then we talk to you and work it out. No no-show fee for an aircraft that went somewhere else.
- Can I cancel or change the booking?
- Cancelling is free up to 6 hours before pickup. Bookings that hold a car for a whole day, which means hourly hire, full days, weddings and events, need 24 hours instead, because by that point the driver's day belongs to you and nobody else can be given it. Changes are a different thing. A new flight number, a new time, a new address: free, at any point, and usually what people actually needed.
- How do I pay?
- You can pay the driver in cash or by card, and the booking page shows any other option open to your booking. Company accounts get one monthly invoice with the VAT stated and every journey tagged to a cost centre, which is the version finance departments ask for. Passengers on an account never touch a payment at all.
- Can you take a wheelchair, a child seat or a pet to Hanover?
- Child and booster seats are free. Tell us the ages when you book. A folding wheelchair travels in any class, and where a passenger needs room to transfer across and not a saloon door to negotiate, the six-seat Business Van is the sensible choice and costs no more than asking for it. We do not run a ramp-equipped vehicle as standard. Ask, and you get a straight answer about whether we cover it ourselves or arrange it. Assistance dogs always travel. Other animals travel too. Tell us what, and how big.
- How far ahead should I book?
- Booking 12 hours ahead is comfortable. That gets you the class you asked for, not whatever happens to be free. Shorter notice is often fine, so ask before assuming. The exception is a disruption, when a cancelled bank of flights puts several hundred people on the same phones inside the same twenty minutes, and how far ahead you booked becomes the only thing separating a car from a queue.
