Your details
A name and a phone number. For an airport pickup, add the flight number, which is what lets the driver follow your landing and be there when you come out.
Confirmation
The confirmation arrives by email. Everything you agreed to is written in it, and on the day the car is there before you are.
Landed forty minutes late on the last flight in. The board had my name on it and the driver already knew.

- Which airports does Fransfers cover?
- Fransfers covers Frankfurt (FRA), Düsseldorf (DUS), Cologne Bonn (CGN) and Frankfurt-Hahn (HHN), with a published fixed fare to each of 572 destinations from every one of them. Airport-to-airport runs are routes too.
- How is the fare worked out?
- The fare is set by distance and vehicle class. It is fixed the moment you book, and tolls, parking, VAT and 90 minutes of waiting after landing are all inside it, so nothing changes at night, at weekends or when a flight runs late.
- What happens if my flight is late?
- The pickup moves with the flight. Drivers follow the flight number from the moment it leaves its origin, so an early landing finds the car already waiting and a late one finds the driver still there, with the first 90 minutes after touchdown included. The fare stays where it was.
- Where will the driver meet me?
- Your driver meets you inside the terminal, past customs. The driver holds a board with your name, and at Frankfurt that can be at Terminal 1, 2 or 3 or at the general aviation gates; each airport's own page lists its terminals.
- Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
- Hourly hire costs €89 an hour, with a 3-hour minimum. A full day of 10 hours is €690, and the car and driver stay with you between stops, which suits a day of meetings, a roadshow across the region or an evening out.
- How far ahead should I book?
- 12 hours ahead is comfortable and gets you the class you asked for. Shorter notice is often possible. Ask before assuming it is too late.
- Can I cancel or change a booking?
- A transfer can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before pickup. Bookings that hold a car for you, by the hour, the day or for an event, can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before. Changing a flight number, a time or an address costs nothing.
- Do you provide child seats?
- Child and booster seats are free. Give the children's ages when you book; a folding wheelchair travels in any class, and the six-seat Business Van has room for a family's luggage as well as the family.
- Can a company book on account?
- Companies can book on account. They receive one invoice a month, with VAT shown and each journey tagged to a cost centre, and passengers travelling on the account never handle a payment themselves.
