Frankfurt Airport to Wiesbaden Transfer
FRA to Wiesbaden: 29 km, about 35 min, €137. Fixed. The number you see at booking is the number on the invoice, and none of the things that move a taxi meter along the way, meaning traffic and night hours and weekends and the size of your luggage, will move it.

The car is booked against your flight number, which makes the schedule our problem. Land early and it is there. Land two hours late and it is still there, at the same price, because we have been watching the aircraft since it left. Meet and greet happens inside, beyond customs, at whichever terminal you come through. For the return out of Wiesbaden we set the pickup from your gate-closing time and move it if the traffic says so.
Bound for somewhere close by? Taunusstein costs €170 in Business Class and Mainz €140, on the same terms as all 572 Frankfurt Airport transfers.
Included in every fare
- Flight tracked from departure
- 90 minutes of free waiting after landing
- Meet and greet past customs, luggage carried
- Tolls, parking and VAT. No night or weekend surcharge
Getting there another way
There is a direct train, and on a short run it will cost you less than we do. The station is the regional station under Terminal 1, and S8, S9, RB58, RE59, RE2 and RE3 all call there, roughly every 15 minutes through the day. Take it if you have one bag and no appointment. Take us at €137 if there are three of you, if the cases will not fit through a turnstile, or if the aircraft is due at 05:40.
A taxi from Frankfurt Airport to Wiesbaden runs on the Frankfurt meter, and inside the Frankfurt taxi area that tariff is binding. Roughly €75 to €100, by our estimate. An app will also get you to Wiesbaden. It will quote a price that changes between the moment you check it and the moment you land, and it will not know your flight is ninety minutes late. That is the trade. We quote €137 once, and the 90 free minutes after touchdown are already inside it.
Station names, lines and frequencies come from each airport's own travel pages and from the published service table for its station. We quote no ticket prices, because we could not verify current ones.

Questions
- How much is a transfer from Frankfurt Airport to Wiesbaden?
- The transfer costs €137 in a Business Class saloon, all in. That covers tolls, parking, 90 minutes of waiting after you land, and VAT. Electric Class €137. First Class €245. The six-seat Business Van €157. You are paying for the car, so three passengers cost what one costs.
- How many passengers and bags fit in each class?
- Business Class (a 2026 Mercedes-Benz E-Class), Electric Class (a 2026 Mercedes-Benz EQS) and First Class (a 2026 Mercedes-Benz S-Class) each take up to three passengers, with room for 2 large cases and 2 carry-on. The Business Van takes more. A 2026 Mercedes-Benz V-Class, it seats up to six with 6 large cases and 6 carry-on, and costs €157 to Wiesbaden. Skis or a pushchair? Mention them when you book.
- How long does it take from Frankfurt Airport to Wiesbaden?
- The drive takes about 35 min in normal traffic, over roughly 29 km, which is 18 miles. For the outbound leg we work backwards from your gate-closing time and look at the road that morning and set the pickup from what it tells us.
- Where exactly does the driver meet me at Frankfurt Airport?
- The meeting point is past customs. Your driver stands there with your name on a board, at Terminal 1, Terminal 2, Terminal 3, or the general aviation gates, and goes by your flight number to know which one. Luggage is carried to the car, and the drive to Wiesbaden starts from there.
- Is there a train from Frankfurt Airport to Wiesbaden?
- A direct train runs from the regional station under Terminal 1 to Wiesbaden: S8, S9, RB58, RE59, RE2 and RE3, roughly every 15 minutes during the day. It costs less than we do. It also involves a platform, your own luggage, and a walk at the other end.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- The price does not move when a flight is late. We watch the flight from the moment it leaves its origin airport and move the pickup with it, which means a two-hour delay costs you nothing at all, because the 90 minutes of waiting after landing were inside the €137 before any of it happened. Diverted to another city? Then we talk to you and work it out. No no-show fee for an aircraft that went somewhere else.
- Can I cancel or change the booking?
- Cancelling is free up to 6 hours before pickup. Bookings that hold a car for a whole day, which means hourly hire, full days, weddings and events, need 24 hours instead, because by that point the driver's day belongs to you and nobody else can be given it. Changes are a different thing. A new flight number, a new time, a new address: free, at any point, and usually what people actually needed.
- How do I pay?
- You can pay the driver in cash or by card, and the booking page shows any other option open to your booking. Company accounts get one monthly invoice with the VAT stated and every journey tagged to a cost centre, which is the version finance departments ask for. Passengers on an account never touch a payment at all.
- Can you take a wheelchair, a child seat or a pet to Wiesbaden?
- Child and booster seats are free. Tell us the ages when you book. A folding wheelchair travels in any class, and where a passenger needs room to transfer across and not a saloon door to negotiate, the six-seat Business Van is the sensible choice and costs no more than asking for it. We do not run a ramp-equipped vehicle as standard. Ask, and you get a straight answer about whether we cover it ourselves or arrange it. Assistance dogs always travel. Other animals travel too. Tell us what, and how big.
- How far ahead should I book?
- Booking 12 hours ahead is comfortable. That gets you the class you asked for, not whatever happens to be free. Shorter notice is often fine, so ask before assuming. The exception is a disruption, when a cancelled bank of flights puts several hundred people on the same phones inside the same twenty minutes, and how far ahead you booked becomes the only thing separating a car from a queue.
