Roadshow transport in Frankfurt puts one briefed chauffeur and one car on the whole investor day, with the itinerary, running order and building entrances agreed before the first pickup. Booking questions
- How far ahead should I book?
- 12 hours is comfortable and gets you the vehicle class you asked for. Shorter notice is often fine. Ask rather than assume. During a disruption, when everybody needs a car at the same moment, notice is the difference between a car and a queue.
- Can I cancel or change a booking?
- A transfer can be cancelled free up to 6 hours before pickup. Bookings that hold a car and a driver for you (hourly, full-day, weddings and events) need 24 hours. Changing a flight number, a time or an address costs nothing at any point.
- How do I pay, and can you invoice a company?
- For a one-off booking you can pay the driver in cash or by card, and the booking page shows any other option open to it. A company account gets a monthly invoice with VAT stated and journeys tagged to a cost centre or matter number, and passengers travelling on it never handle a payment.
- What is included in the fare?
- The fare includes tolls, parking, VAT and 90 minutes of waiting after an aircraft lands. There is no night tariff, no weekend tariff and no luggage supplement. What is quoted at booking is what appears on the invoice.
- Can you carry a wheelchair, a child seat or a pet?
- Child and booster seats come free on request. Give us the ages. A folding wheelchair travels in any class, and the Business Van is the right choice where a passenger needs room to transfer; we do not run a ramp-equipped vehicle as standard, so ask and we will say plainly whether we can cover it or arrange it. Assistance dogs always travel.
